Roy McDonald, Chief Executive Officer of Fiolty Financial Group, has been in the financial consultant and private lending business Since 1998 with extensive experience world wide in all forms of lending, specialising in the Finance industry. This experience is central to ensure we get you the right solution for your financing and refinancing requirements. We understand that your time is valuable, so our award-winning staff will guide you through the application process and deal with lenders so you can focus on running your business. Roy drives the finance and asset management function for Fiolty Financial Group, with a primary focus on financial modeling and portfolio management, loan sales, underwriting, lender and investor relationships and credit risk management.

Robert E. Sally
EVP, Loan Production
Mr. Sally brings 25 years of executive expertise in the financial services sector with a focus on sales, marketing, and operations roles as well as comprehensive management responsibilities. Throughout his career, Mr. Sally has deployed human capital effectively by adeptly building high-performance sales and operations organizations. Mr. Hickson earned a bachelor’s degree in Management from Pepperdine University and is certified in LEAN Six Sigma.

George Watford
Director of Loan Servicing
George Watford is responsible for the loan servicing operations and management of collection efforts at Fiolty Financial Group. Prior to joining Fiolty Financial Group, Mr. Watford spent over 10 years at CIT Bank (formerly known as OneWest Bank & Indymac Bank) serving in a variety of default management leadership positions. Mr. Watford holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Management at Southern Illinois University-Carbondale, where he was also Captain of Men’s Golf Team.

Lucy Anderson
Chief Processing Officer
Lucy brings 10+ years of commercial real estate underwriting experience. She underwrote loans to place with JP Morgan, Chase and numerous other debt and equity partners; and at CU Business Solutions, where she underwrote commercial real estate and small business loans for several credit unions. She has substantial experience in validating internation borrowers, having field agents to validate overseas clients. Lucy has earned a Masters in Criminology from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University.
Her extensive work history encompasses multiple fields and divisions of banking. Some examples include:
