    Loan-to-Value Ratios

    We offer our borrowers excellent loan-to-value ratios. Here are the maximum LVRs based on location and type of property:

    • Residential Property LVR up to 98% in metropolitan areas
    • Commercial Property LVR up to 70%
    • Rural Property LVR up to 60%
    • Vacant land LVR is judged on an individual basis and will not exceed 90%
